Looking for help to remove square adhesives and fix up tears on the drywall of my small studio space. Quite a while ago, I put up really cheap acoustic foam on my small studio space using cheap square adhesives. It of course, started to fall apart very quickly and the adhesives didn’t stick. I started taking them down but did a VERY bad job and peeled some of the drywall. It’s been left in this state for years and is very unsightly.

Awning window not opening, it seems the top of the window is dislodged from the top of the frame. Looks like the window needs to be reseated. Window winder brand new, already replaced.

On the front Windows (inside) we need this curtain rodsput up . It I'll be going into a concrete wall. It is 2 x curtain rods due to the length of the window. Then we need 3 TV's put up, 2 next to each other, 1 by itself. The one by itself is going to be slightly off the ground and would require a small step ladder to be done well. The TV's and bracets I have are all pictured . This will also be going into a concrete wall. Wall is pictured (windows are on the left)

The rivets have popped off the top hinge of my security screen door. I need someone with the right materials, tools and skills to affix the door. I think this would involve moving the hinge up or down by about 10mm on both the door and the door jamb.

I need to remove the stripped screws ( and replace with working screws) to this pet door so I can replace the flap. The photos are of the inside and the outside of the door. The screws are hard plastics and were stripped by whoever lived here before.

This is for a local kindergarten. There are 3 doors that are becoming increasingly difficult to open/close. Two are internal single doors, and one is an external double door. Two of these doors are emergency exits so are the priority for fixing. We will require an initial quote before confirming the works to be completed. And an official invoice upon completion of the works. Because this is a school, the works will need to be completed out of school hours (after 230pm).

I have an external manual shutter that requires repairing. It is opened and closed through an internal handle. The one that needs repairing has broken from the outside and I can't close or open it.

My external shutter blind is stuck down. I cannot turn the knob (terrible word but can’t think of a better one for it), it is completely stuck! Blind itself might move OK.
