Looking for help to install another wardrobe rail for hanging clothes. Looking for someone who can supply the rail and who has all the tools to do the job. The rail should be white and oval. The rail should be 86-86.5cm, based on the length of the existing rail already in there.

Kitchen tiles in our apartment have recently been removed as part of a renovation. We need the wall cement rendered (or white set if recommended) to create a flat surface ready for stone splashback installation. Attached photos of the wall (including window sill) after tiles demolished.

Looking for a licensed electrician to install a new chandelier in my apartment in Queenscliff. The job is straightforward: Remove the existing batten light fitting. Install my new chandelier. Remove a few links from the chandelier chain so it hangs at the correct height. Ensure everything is securely fitted and tested before leaving. The electrical wiring is already in place, so this is a replacement rather than a new installation. Please bring any tools required to shorten the chain if needed. Small threshold patch / make-good job in Sydney. Area under sliding door has some loose/crumbling old render/mortar that needs to be cleaned back and patched neatly. It is mostly cosmetic and does not get wet. Looking for someone to tidy it up, patch with suitable mortar/render and leave a clean finish. Photos attached. Ideally someone local who can fit it in between jobs this week.

The existing clothesline needs to be moved. It is in cement which will need to be removed. You may need to cut into some rock under the lawn where the new location will be and re-cement the footings

Replace 3 existing ceiling fans (with light). We have the ceiling fans ready for install. And dispose of old fans.

Bedroom door handle is loose and won't close anymore. When the handle is pushed down it does nothing; when forced up the latch partially retracts but not fully, so the door cannot close properly. The handle was previously functional. Looking for assessment and repair of the existing handle/latch.

We have some MDF planks for kitchen trimming that need to be trimmed as they are too wide (only 4 meters worth). I don’t have the tools to cut it straight so keen to have someone cut it for us.
