Hello I want to install a magnetic fly screen door with cat flap to my apartment. The handyman would need to measure, tell me what to order and then install.

Handy required for: - fixing tap (fitting has come loose); - hanging 5 frames on walls (hooks required); and - replacing down lights.

It is a small hallway from Kitchen to bathroom. Framing, door, hardware and transom with glass. It will need a solid/sound proof door. It will also need a brass deadlock and handle set. The transom I would like is a glass so light can filter into the area, possibly opaque.

I have a ceiling fan that is controlled by a handheld remote, and it only seems to turn on the fan to HIGH. it still works to turn the light on, but not the other speed settings of low and medium. I think its just a linking thing, but not sure. will need an electrican to have a look at it.

Cut plywood (you supply, or something similar you suggest) to fit snugly in to the base of 3 Bentwood chairs. We are getting the chairs repaired, but need to use them for a month is so while we wait on the wicker being supplied. Need the job done before 4 June. Chairs are in North Fremantle.
