My garage door is broken, the door is attached to a plastic piece that slides it up - and it keeps popping out before it opens. The name on the motor is Guardian Automation. We're located in North Freo.

Can anyone remove this door for me ? Having trouble with the screws as the thread is worn on it. Don’t know how to remove the screws now.

It is a small hallway from Kitchen to bathroom. Framing, door, hardware and transom with glass. It will need a solid/sound proof door. It will also need a brass deadlock and handle set. The transom I would like is a glass so light can filter into the area, possibly opaque.

Will require unscrewing and lifting off the old doors, preparing the hinges (with a router?)and bolt locks for the new doors, and hanging the new doors. We can assist, depending on when you are available

Fit flyscreen into sliding door My nephew ran into the screen sliding door and the flyscreen pulled out. Need new screen replaced and secured by the rubber rope around edges. Just one screen door. Thanks

Move existing lock up on door. Remove lock and plug hole with spac filler Drill new hole in door and frame line the other. Install existing lock and handle.

Adjust fire door latch & sweep to be lighter to open. Our apartment front door is a fire door with a tight heavy open and too fast shut pull. After surgery I’m unable to open the front door because it’s too heavy. Just need the latch system adjusted to make it lighter to open and slower to close. You just have experience doing this and own tools.
