The existing wall and door are soundrated, so we need to make sure the doorframe doesn't leak sound as much as possible. We need the metal doorframe fitted (suggest it be filled with insulation and acoustic foam but need to discuss), then the door hung and raven seals installed (Raven: RP78Si + RP120 + RP70Si) and door handles fitted.

Ok there are around 3 older style 60s windows that have the round closure pull up style that are jammed shut due to we believe being painted over many times. We have managed to lift some of the windows but there are around 3 bedroom windows we really want opened as there’s no air conditioning and it’s an old house so we need air circulation 🥵 We can’t damage the frame too much and have tried many times to lift these windows with no luck. Most likely they need a chisel to remove paint. Note: I just broke the handle off the corroded last picture which is the most important window we want opened ( and busted my lip in the process) so some machinery is going to be required to get this open as it’s corroded which is unusual for steel. Any help appreciated please 🙏🏻 images included of ones we could get open.

Job 1.Window curtain rod holder detached and fell from the wall. need to fix it back to the wall and patch up the cosmetic damage to the wall if needed. 2. Door from laundry to outside is stuck. Need to identify the cause and fix.

Ensuite door to be fitted after hardware is installed, we have the door and have handles et but unsure if all hinges etc are correct so someone in the know who can procure missing items from bunnings etc and get installed quuckly is preferable.must have own tools for door cutting etc.
