The rear double glass sliding doors do not align, and are very difficult to lock, sometimes the sliding door does not lock. I need someone to inspect the rollers, clean up, potentially fix/replace them, and realign the doors so that the door opens and closes properly and is able to be locked. This is a rental property, so there will be some interactions with the tenants.

I have a fridge that needs to come downstairs but it’s too wide for the staircase, I got it over the balcony to get it in initially. I need someone to take the doors / hinges off so it can fit down the stairs and also help us get it down the stairs. We got one of the screws out and the rest seem to be ceased & we don’t have the tools to support the job.

Removing 2 single internal doors and hanging new ones, I have the new doors, hinges and door handles, they need a little shaving to fit.

Fitt 2 hinges to kitchen cupboard door and swing the door.

An external wooden door requires replacement. Will need a white painted door provided, and installed. Cost of reimbursement for door will be paid on top of price provided here.

Laundry flyscreen door and back flyscreen door needs replacing.

3 screens doors need petmesh to replace torn fly mesh. Need to install a handle on one of the screen doors.

My wood front door slammed and broke the T panel between the 2 doors. It consist of 2 panels of wood. One has bits cut out for locks. I will also need it stained please.
