Gate frame screws have pulled out - need to replaced so that frame aligns and closes correctly Possibly a plate of steel to join it would help. Bunnings will sell something suitable. Galvanised screws - must not go all the way through as they will create a hazard for the user / be-unsafe.

I have a a ceiling rose moulding that needs to be attached to my ceiling. It’s 980 mm. It’s first to be glued and then 3 drywall screws inserted on a 45 degree angle to help secure it. (I have these things) We just need another pair of hands to help. I don’t think it will take longer than about 20-30 min.

Fit a small pet door onto the laundry door, it is a glass door at the moment, will need to be placed with a wooden one to fit the pet door in to save some cost.

Outside wooden gate lower bracket is rotten and needs replacement and painting. Indoors we have a door that needs the top to be planed so it can close. There is another door where wood has threaded so the screws won’t secure the hinge
