A number of repairs around the home; building a handrail around external staircase to make it safety compliant, restraighten retainer wall, putting up a blind, fixing some fibreglass above hot water tank to make it safety compliant, repairing pantry/cupboard doors. Install 3 internal doors (inc hinges, door handles, door stops). One door requires supply and install of jambs. Install circa 3m skirting. Undercut one door. Remove and Supply and install circa 2m-3m decking. Install circa 3 sq m of external timber stair.

Small concrete slab needed for new garden shed. Slab would be 2400mm length and 900mm wide and 100mm deep raised off the ground. The area gets a lot of water run off in rains so it would be need to be durable as it will be wet lots.

Need a few ceiling light bulbs changed, upstairs and downstairs. Old drapery rods removed and holes patched and prepared for painting. Other small jobs, replace old window blinds (we have the new set to be installed). Install hooks on outside wall for dog leads and hanger for water hose.

I had someone put a small hole in the wall and they tried to fix it but it's not smooth or the right colour so just need to be fixed up please. about 30x30cm
