Our kitchen sink has just sunk, It seems that the sink was only held up with three pieces of wood...

I’m not sure exactly what needs to be done but I think the wall needs to be rendered. It’s only a very small part of the wall that needs fixing.

The sliding door on one of our bedrooms has fallen off the sliders. It is now completely off and sliding along the floor! It is still in place within the wall cavity. My husbands had a go with no success. We also have to change 4 of our LED light bulbs and need a hand with that. I haven't bought the light bulbs yet as I haven't got any of them out of the ceiling yet. Basically we need a carpenter or someone handy. Thanks, Lisa
