Required to fix a glass sliding door that has a bit of it's rubber seal coming out as well as this screw coming away (see photos). We also have a large wooden door that is rubbing on the floor on it's corner all of a sudden rendering it difficult to open and close the front door.

Curtain rail ripped away from the wall in master bedroom and left a roughly 6-6.5cm diameter hole in the plasterboard. 2 smaller/shallower holes in teenage son’s room, one around 3cm diameter and second around 6cm. We’re looking for a handyman to complete two small jobs: 1. Hose reel installation: Install a hose reel at the outdoor tap (see photos). The existing timber post at the base has wood rot and will likely need replacing. This would be one treated timber post approx. 1200mm wide and 8000mm high. We do not have the timber, so materials would need to be supplied. 2. Extension lead holder: Install a wall-mounted holder/hook on the house exterior to neatly store an extension lead (do not have screws for this)

6 retractable blinds from Blinds Online need to be installed into a rental property - tenants are in the house.

I have an ikea bookshelf with extender which I need attached to the right hand side of the wall shown in the picture (exactly the same as the one already installed on the left hand side of the wall). I will need a cutout in the bookshelf to allow for the electrical box to come through. The box sits exactly where the bookshelf ends and the bookshelf extender starts, meaning the cutout needs to be through the actual timber of the top shelf and bookshelf extender as well as the plywood. The red square in the marked up image attached shows the approximate location of where the electric box would end up coming through, the left hand line is the main bookshelf which has a plywood backing, and the right hand line is the bookshelf extender which is a timber backing. Seeking someone who can both do this cutout and then install the bookshelf into the wall. Note - the bookshelf with extender will already be assembled. Only need the small square cut out and then attachment of the shelf to the wall.

Move one Ceiling fan to another room that has an existing ceiling fan. We don’t use ours currently and the other room is very noisy. Both Ceiling fans are the same model.
