I bought a ceiling fan from bunnings, and I am not sure how to install it, where to drill into on my ceiling, etc. Arlec 130cm White 4 Blade Boston II Ceiling Fan with CCT Light and Remote - Comes with mostly plugs so it's pretty simple but I just want to be compliant and make sure it doesn't fall off the ceiling.

There were noise when step on the floor. It started in living room and then in Kitchen. Now the noise is kind of gone in living room but still in kitchen area and they are conject to each other. Asked an expert, he said the noise coming from under house. Mostly can a) screw joist to bearer and b) squeezing liquid nails in between floor and joist in the some spots.
