Sliding door is sitting on tracks which is generating a lot of resistance when using door.

We have an ugly fireplace that is taking up a wall that we could use for something else. The hearth has been removed already but we need the mantel and brick surround dismantled/removed. Basically, we want it ready for a plasterer to come in and fill up the gap left behind. We don't believe it's load-bearing but aren't sure. I would like someone to do the following tasks: 1) replace the arms on my folding clothes line (have the new arms) 2) fill a screw sized hole in a laundry cupboard and fit a shelf support in it 3) Repair some fly wire (have the tape) 4) adjust slide bolt on two outdoor gates 5) install some door edging (needs to be cut to size and screwed onto the bottom of two external doors) Sundry other things - all small.
