Boundary fencing – cracking/displacement in front limestone pier; want it reinforced. Bathroom – regrouting of shower and bath areas; sealing to prevent moisture ingress. Kitchen & bathroom – benchtop reseal around sink and splashback (silicone deteriorated). Not sure at all what to quote this one for so consider the budget flexible.

We will need the wall (gyprock) fixed and re-tiled & Grout I have purchased replacement tiles but not grout, gyprock or anything else required Bonus points if you can re-grout the shower floor.
