Looking for quotes to fix a stiff sliding door. We’ve just moved in this house and the sliding door has seen better days. Unsure what’s going on with it, if it’s the track itself but it’s stiff when sliding and gets a bit stuck half way then continues. Tried cleaning the tracks and WD40 and it’s helped but it looks like it’s scrapes the tracks top and bottom when sliding.

The paint removed from cement render . Render to stay and least amount of reduction as possible . Using an angle grinder no paint strippers etc . I can supply angle grinder if needed . Only on selected front surfaces . Inside surfaces not required

Fit 2 x curtain brackets to wall above sliding door. This will involve drilling 4 holes for each curtain rod. We have already encountered difficulty with the drill bit not able to achieve required depth and at the end of the framing, the drill bit just goes straight through to cavity. The other curtain bracket should be very easy as there is an existing curtain in place (new bracket to replace it)
