I would like to get some quotes for the following work. I live in a unit that is joined to one other Unit (2 in total) and we need some work done. We are Torren's titled, so we are responsible for paying you and don't need to get any other permissions. *We need the back eaves of 2 joined Units, replaced and painted. *We would like to make alterations to the carports of the 2 units. This may be complex and needs explaining in person. (essentially we want to take out one of the posts to make it easier to get in and out of vehicle's and we want laser light replaced and added.) *We will need the outside of the units painted. All currently painted areas. *In my unit I would like the Insulation in the ceiling replaced. *I need an alcove ceiling replaced (it may contain asbestos {1970s build}). If you have any questions please ask. Otherwise I can arrange to be home when you come over to look at what we want done. - Due date: Before Sunday, 28 May 2023
