I have 3 bedroom doors that need hardware replaced and 2 bathroom doors that need hardware replaced with privacy locks. I also just need someone to help with ordering the replacement hinges and putting them on so that I don’t buy the wrong thing. There is also an external door which has had a mortise lock installed and a new handle but it is totally stiff as though hasn’t been installed properly - hardware people say it’s the installer installer says it’s the hardware I have a replacement mortise to swap out to see if that helps.

I would like to get some quotes for the following work. I live in a unit that is joined to one other Unit (2 in total) and we need some work done. We are Torren's titled, so we are responsible for paying you and don't need to get any other permissions. *We need the back eaves of 2 joined Units, replaced and painted. *We would like to make alterations to the carports of the 2 units. This may be complex and needs explaining in person. (essentially we want to take out one of the posts to make it easier to get in and out of vehicle's and we want laser light replaced and added.) *We will need the outside of the units painted. All currently painted areas. *In my unit I would like the Insulation in the ceiling replaced. *I need an alcove ceiling replaced (it may contain asbestos {1970s build}).
