I’ve just had a kitchen renovation done and need a few final jobs to be finished. I have a flue cover which needs to be installed on a range hood. It is a on raked ceiling. Also some architrave repair and skirting board supply and repair in kitchen and laundry including behind fridge and washing machine. Approximately 4 metres. I have some of the old skirting but probably not enough. The wall in the laundry below the window has been repaired but it does need a skim coat to finish it off.

Repairs to caravan. Its in good shape just needs some TLC from an experienced person. The following jobs: 1. Cut out a small 8cm x 6cm patch of rotten wood in the corner and replace. (I think I have the source of the leak identified and its not serious. The repair needs to be done well because we may sell the caravan soon and we want it to be pristine. 2. Reinforce an area of the inner ceiling where screws have come off. This would be about placing a new panel of wood over the area where screws have come off (under stress from being opened by someone when the awning is not unlocked. Again important it is done well and with good cosmetic finish. 3. Painting inner ceiling panel which is in good shape, just needs sanding and painting. 4. Fix the arm attachment to an external shutter. 5. We also have some optional jobs like refinishing some rust on the front of the trailer, but we don't need to include that in the quote.
