The damaged section needs to be cut out, patched with new plasterboard, set and sanded smooth, then painted to blend in with the existing ceiling. I have an outdoor BBQ unit. There are three tasks - 1. I need someone to repair the cabinet door that has come loose from its hinges. The hinge mounting plates have stripped out of the cabinet frame (see photo). This has been repaired before by the installer and failed. 2. The cupboards need cleaning. 3. I need a way for the doors to be secured closed, so that water/weather does not get inside the cupboards. I am guessing that water damage has caused this.
