I need a licenced electrician to install 3 ceiling fans (2 in bedroom, 1 in loungeroom) in my apartment. The fans will replace existing light fittings so there is already a cable/connection in place. I’m on the top floor of the building with roof access via a manhole.

Install 2 x single 800mm towel rails and 1 x hand towel rail on plaster in bathroom.

The existing plaster wall had a hole in it due to kids wrestling against it. The hole needs to be patched & repainted with colour to match existing as close as possible. The size of the hole is roughly 10cm diameter as can be seen in reference to the pen placed next to it.
