Seeking a professional handyman to fix a number of issues in our building. We are a Radio Station. Examples - need curtains fixed, door handles installed, mounting a TV screen on brick wall etc We’d prefer a consultation and meeting with you. Hourly rate for the job $40 p/hr. We will supply materials if required.

1. Mount tv on gyprock wall and hide cable in the wall. Mounting bracket already purchased. 2. Mount Ikea cabinet on gyprock wall. Cabinet is already assembled and mounting bracket already purchased.

Need assembly and wall mounting of three besta cupboards in the laundry of my apartment. One cupboard is without doors. I have the mounting racks to go with it. Would be looking for someone to do this on the weekends or evenings after 5:15pm before Monday the 19th of May.

You will need to access the roof space to install a piece of wood between joists behind the Gyproc to support a ceiling fan. The roof space is accessed in the next wing of the building on the top floor (5 flights of stairs), You will need a step ladder to access the manhole and then climb up a ladder mounted inside the roof to access it. The access from the manhole to the roof cavity is a besser block chimney type structure about 4m height. You will then need to walk over inside the roof cavity to the unit wing to install the wood. You will need to supply tools and equipment plus a piece of wood suitable to support the fan. Provide a photo of the securing mechanism of the wood once complete.

Bike needs the chain putting back on and it’s currently jammed behind the pedal

I need a reliable handyman to help with two door repairs in my apartment in Kangaroo Point: Sliding Door Repair: Wooden sliding door has come off its track/hinges and is not sliding properly. Needs realignment and reinstallation onto the track. Damaged Door Repair: A different door has a hole in it (see photos). Looking for options to either patch and repaint or replace the door if necessary. Looking for someone experienced with door repairs who can bring the necessary tools and materials.
