An old wardrobe unit that was built in has been removed. There is a plank at the top that I’m not able to remove myself as it’s nailed in and I’m concerned I’ll rip the ceiling / plaster. The plaster cornice on either side also needs repairing. Pics attached. Hoping for repair asap but can be flexible. I’m having some flooring work done so will have to work around that. No painting required - I’ll do that :)

Painting and caulking not a requirement of this task. The plaster requiring repairs is at the edges of the ceiling (mainly superficial damage where a layer was torn during the demolition). If the plaster around the duct is damaged during removal that will also need to be repaired.

The other task I need done is a wardrobe door that has a part hanging off it; it drags on the carpet as a result I would need this done today; the only other time/day would be Thursday afternoon!
