Hi, we need someone for some simple Jobs include: • Installing door seals and strips to help with soundproofing • Hanging small pictures, clocks, and a framed photo (we’ve got most of the hooks) • Securing a rug so it doesn’t become a tripping hazard • Assembling a small table • Adding hanging wire to a picture frame and putting it up • Touching up a few small chips and marks on the skirting boards (we’re not after perfection — just a tidy-up so it looks better) • Possibly a quick trip up the road to Bunnings if small bits or paint are needed (we’ll cover costs and pay for the time) The quote is just a number open to what this will cost as did not know how to quote so please do not see it as an insult 😊

Hi, I have one gutter that needs repairing. It looks a bit bent, probably from a ladder being lent on it, so looks like it needs to be bent back into place, or perhaps needs another support bracket. The result is that water overflows out of the gutter in a heavy rain. Not particularly evident from the photo. The other issue is a down pipe that needs a section replaced.

I need two sections of walls filled from holes; The first is in lounge room where TV was hung by a bracket. The second is in hallway where a mirror was held. The other task I need done is a wardrobe door that has a part hanging off it; it drags on the carpet as a result I would need this done today; the only other time/day would be Thursday afternoon!
