An old wardrobe unit that was built in has been removed. There is a plank at the top that I’m not able to remove myself as it’s nailed in and I’m concerned I’ll rip the ceiling / plaster. The plaster cornice on either side also needs repairing. Pics attached. Hoping for repair asap but can be flexible. I’m having some flooring work done so will have to work around that. The tap handle comes detached and believe it's missing a grub screw. I have some grub screws

I need two signs hung up on what I'm assuming is metal. I've attached photos of the plastic signs (30cm x 30cm), with the screws and parts that they came with. The signs themselves need to be hung above and below each other.
