My wife and I have just purchased a property. The island bench in the kitchen is made of engineered stone and has a few hairline cracks. We do not want to replace the stone entirely at this stage, and would like the cracks sealed with an adhesive like epoxy or similar. We would appreciate assistance from someone with stonemasonry experience to help repair these cracks for us. My wife and I work full-time during office hours, so evenings are preferred to provide access to the property. I work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays, so I have the flexibility to step away from my desk and provide access on those days if needed.

We have some damage on a wall that we have tried to repair but need a better job done - this was caused by a door handle.

I need two sections of walls filled from holes; The first is in lounge room where TV was hung by a bracket. The second is in hallway where a mirror was held. The other task I need done is a wardrobe door that has a part hanging off it; it drags on the carpet as a result I would need this done today; the only other time/day would be Thursday afternoon!

My driveway entry gate is not functioning properly and needs attention/service. It’s an automatic sliding gate powered by a Tau K100M motor. See photos. The gate will not open without manual effort as the cog on the motor will not grip on the gate frame (to pull and slide it open). It closes no problem. I have a video that shows this clearly. I’ve examined the parts and there doesn’t appear to be any wear and tear causing this.
