Need someone with a ladder long enough to reach the top side of the window from outside. The window is on the 2nd floor plus the parking lot (see photos). The job itself is a simple 10 minutes job - climb up , caulk the top side and stick a waterproof strip. Materials will be provided just need the ladder.

A kitchen, bathroom, large wardrobe, fireplace surround need to be removed for removal to Moe in West Gippsland. Transportation of the items will be by myself in a 4.2 m long pane truck. It may require two trips but the objective is to get the heavy and awkward items in the first load with the help of a small crew. The kitchen is modular but has two stone Benchtops, one of which is very large and will require three or four people to remove from the house. Cupboard doors and drawers are to be removed first. The kitchen sink is to be removed prior to moving the benchtop. The bathroom is small. Items to removed the shower screens, toilet, overhead fan lights and the vanity unit and sink. The fireplace includes the cast iron fire insert plus the wooden fireplace surround. The wardrobes in the master bedroom are large and will need to be broken down into its modules for removal. Doors are to be removed and handled separately. I will be there to assist in the process as I have handyman skills.

All four chairs need stripping ( for future restaining) Three chairs need repair -either new dowels and/or glueing and some rectifying of wobble. One also needs seat replacement (see photo). I also aim to change/level the dining chairs' sitting position with new cushioning/upholstery work though this needs a professional upholsterer. A job for further down the track.

2 ikea hanging shelves to be wall mounted and one curtain rod to be installed
