Remote of my window roller shutter is missing. I need a new remote or need this keep opened.

I have a leak coming through a corrugated metal roof where a flexible aluminum duct / vent pipe penetrates the roof. Water appears to be entering around the base of the vent where it meets the roof sheeting (likely flashing or seal failure). Will require painting of the ceiling where there has been water stains.

We have a double shower where we had few tiles knocked down to repair a pipe burst. We are now considering just getting the tiles installed on that wall or to have the whole shower redone but with wall panels and new flooring to minimise or prevent mould and keep it easy to maintain.
