It will need a proper patch so the wall is solid and finished neatly. Ideally the job would include: • installing a plasterboard patch • taping the joints • applying compound • sanding to a smooth finish Basically looking for the wall to be finished paint-ready. The string on the handle for the Luxaflex blinds in my daughter's bedroom has snapped, so we can no longer adjust the blinds. I'm looking for someone who can fix this. I'm not sure the handle can be re-used (it isn't clear to me how to change the string), so it may need to be replaced as part of the process.
