I’m looking for someone with abit of knowledge about electrical work to come and fix our treadmills in our warehouse it will be a hourly rate

I need a tradesperson to check under the floorboards to see what has caused the floorboards to come up. We originally thought that a root had possibly caused this from growing under the house. If the tradesperson can possibly drill a hole in the corner where the floorboards have come up and put a camera down to see what has caused this to happen. Please see attached pictures.
