Painting & General Repairs -Patch, sand and touch up paint where required, including walls, skirting boards, door frames, trims and other minor chips and scuffs throughout the apartment. -Re-centre the artwork above the bed and secure it properly so it does not move. -Secure the hallway mirror properly to the wall. -Tighten and secure the door stoppers throughout the apartment, as they have become loose. Need an experienced handyman to repair the roller blinds which have come loose. Plaster is cracked/damaged around both top brackets. Need plaster repaired and brackets properly re-secured so blinds hang straight and operate correctly.

The outer paper layer of the wall has come off while trying to remove a poster that had double-sided glue. This should not be more than 10cm. Also, with this, there are two small ~5 cms which needs to be patched. The wall has cream-coloured paint, which I do not have and also not sure about the colour.

I’m looking for someone experienced with roller blinds to repair one of mine. The chain has come completely off and has broken into two pieces. It needs to be reattached, with the broken ends joined back together. I’m not sure if any internal components also need adjusting or repairing. I have ordered 2 new fans that are DC models and have remote controls instead. I require the ceiling fans to be replaced, and for the current wall-mounted speed controllers to be changed, and for the remote controllers to be mounted to the wall. Both sets of fans have built-in lights.
