Approximately 7 x 5400mm lengths are damaged and need to be replaced, refer pics. 1 x ~1.5m piece in the external porch area also needs to be replaced, note this section is at height, I would estimate between 3-4m. M timber to match existing ready for staining or be pre stained. Open to using reclaimed if it matches and not damaged or marked on interior side. Just to confirm the quote should include to supply and install the timber. Flexible on budget within reason.

It is replacing an interior door which was narrower, therefore the frame (door stopper) needs to be trimmed or replaced to match the new thicker door. Besides the thickness, door should match frame. Worst case some trimming on bottom edge if necessary. Door is made of timber & glass. Door is an exterior door so not light/hollow like most interior doors. If done on weekends I can assist with lifting etc if needed.

I need help fixing one loose exterior patio tile. The area was regrouted yesterday due to a leak into the bedroom below, but we quickly realised one tile wasn’t properly adhered. It needs to be lifted, cleaned, and re-secured properly. Old grout from the recent job also needs to be cleaned.
