I need a skilled Handyman or Cabinet Maker for a list of repairs to extend the life of a rental kitchen. Priority 1: Structural Reinforcement Under-sink area is rotted. Need it reinforced with timber cleats/supports so the sink is stable. Drawer mounting points are crumbly. Need these 'built out' with new wood so runners can be re-attached securely. Priority 2: Functionality & Aesthetics Drawers: Fix/align 4-stack drawers that are currently sticking or lopsided. Laminate: Re-glue peeling laminate edging near the sink and on pantry shelves. Silicone: Remove old moldy silicone and replace with a fresh, thick bead around the sink/benchtop join.

Garage door wire came off and now garage door bowing and won’t open

I have 3 bedrooms where the wardrobe does not have any doors. I need doors installed on these. Happy with either doors that open outwards or mirrored sliding doors. I'm just not sure what actually fits/works. So you'll need to let me know what will actually fit and I'll go purchase those doors.

Need some help completing this job that I started and haven't been able to find time to complete. It's the installation and set up of two 7 metre Holman misting systems, one at the front of the house, one at the back. I have the kits and a bag of extra fittings. At the front, the main part of the kit is installed, but hose hasn't yet been run around the front to the tap. The back has not been started. I've marked photos with pink lines to show you were the kits will be going, and where they need to run to in order to reach the taps. At the tap end, I have Holman wifi tap timers that also need to be installed and set up. The only materials I don't have is whatever is needed to get the water from the tap to where the misters start. I wasn't sure the best thing to use, but there is a Bunnings 5 minutes away so I can go grab anything needed, or reimburse you if you prefer to do that yourself. It took me about less than an hour to put the front kit up, so I don't imagine it's more than 2- 3 hours work to finish the whole job (?)

Hi I require about 6 vertical blinds to be repaired in my house. Most of them just need one of the carrier stems to be replaced so it can hold up the blind slat. Some of them just need some adjustments for a smoother operation. I have all the blind slats. Just need about half a dozen carrier stems.. Not really a big job.
