We have the ceiling level wall to be painted outside the same color as the ground level wall. * Paint will be provided * we just need someone to do the painting. Also, the pillars and beam are needed to be painted as shown in the photos.

Short dividing wall, top surface the paint has come away, the plasterer has been worn off, metal is exposed. It’s more extensive than just filler and a sand I think. I think the paint all needs to come off and it done properly.
