Find an experienced handyman in Eaglemont

I've cleaned and painted some of my eaves and fascia boards. But my ladder doesn't stretch far enough for the rest. Want someone, with their own ladder and insurance, to come and clean then paint my eaves and the high window frames/sills. See photos for the bits in red for what I need painted. The kid in the picture is 135CM if you want an idea as to how high the tallest bit is. I'd say you'll at least need a 10M latter, if not bigger, to get to it.

I want to upgrade my toilet window, as it currently is open with glass slats and very cold in winter. I will source the precept frosted glass. The aluminium frame is not flush so may need to be cut. Slats to be removed. Open to design ideas. Timber window frame will need to be made and siliconed in. Window size is 40cm x 61.5cm. Access from inside bathroom. First floor apartment.

I need help to install the edging on the side of the kitchen cupboard, using same edge from old cupboard. The cupboard above the stove has been removed to make room for a new range hood. Replacing two kitchen cabinet hinges. Can’t extract burred screw from hinge plate . Have bought two new hinges.

We have some cabinetry that we have had manufactured and assembled. It now needs to be attached to the walls in the relevant room. Prior to attaching them some holes need to be cut out of them to allow for electricity and other cables to be pulled through. No electrical work is required. Expect a cabinet maker or carpenter could do the job.

Installation of two doors required in my basement. The walls are brick, and openings exist in the brick walls for both doors, opposite each other. The floor is concrete. I can source/buy door frame materials and doors if it will be cheaper to do. I am open to options for type of doors.
