Two Shelves from IKEA, need assemble on the garage wall ( not bricks) , similar to the attached photo from IKEA website, one will be 2.4m length (80cmx3), another one will be like the second photo 1.6m (80cmx2), it’s half way completed. As the wall is normal internal wall, do need wall mate to secure the shelves. The job can be done on Thursday afternoon, Friday the whole day or on the weekend.

The roller door had scraping sound last week and it failed to roll up again this. The roller door service guy claimed that " the spring inside the roller door is either disconnected or faulty, a new lighter roller door is needed". I need someone to fix the problem for me. A new motor will be given by the warranty. Hopefully someone can come and physically inspect the roller door.

Replace supplied outdoor blind side channel (not sure if that's what it's called, please refer to photos.) Half of an existing channel has snapped off. It is screwed into brick. I have a replacement channel. The job is to remove the existing channel and install the supplied replacement channel. Trimming of the replacement channel might be required. The channel is metal. You'll also need to take away and dispose of the old channel and packaging.
