The material is cladding and requires overall repair, sanding and painting. Along with potentially sealing the nearby area to avoid the issue occurring again. We are willing to pay at cost for the necessary materials required. And of course for time and labour.

Balcony sliding door is not sealing properly. When the door is fully closed, there is still a visible gap in the middle. The gap seems to be caused by the sliding door being slightly tilted or misaligned. The gap is small at the top (the top seals well), but it gradually becomes wider towards the bottom. I need an experienced sliding door repairer to inspect the door and realign/reset it properly so it seals tightly again. The property is located in Doncaster. Please bring your own tools. There are a 20 or so patches that have been repainted and flashed. Need a to fix the flashing. This is on multiple walls. Paint is supplied, but not primer. Also need 4 ceilings patched and painted. There was previously a light fixture (oyster light) there that has been removed. Again paint supplied but not other materials Context with the ceilings. There was previously a light fixture (oyster light) there, that has been removed and replaced with downlights. Need to patch the hole it left, and ideally just paint the small section. If possible I want to avoid painting the whole ceiling (as it will blow my budget). I don’t expect it to be completely blended in. Context with the walls, is there was quite a few marks on the wall. We tried to touch them up by sanding, priming, painting, but now have this flashing look. Some of these patches of flashing are worse than others. There are 2 walls that I define ‘bad/noticable flashing’ and the others are just here and there. Hoping someone with better technique and experience can do a better job then I have done.
