Moving houses, need to someone to fix a few damages that were done. Paint will be provided.

We need about 4x5 m of exterior cedar replaced with James Hardy cement board. We could consider other boards in the Hardy range. I’ve changed the nature of the job and so there is only half a day’s work now.

Ensuite is nearly 10 years old but in good condition. Sections of shower I haven’t been able to get rid of the mould so need these sections replaced.
