I am looking for a reliable individual or team to perform a deep clean and various maintenance tasks on a newly purchased property. I am open to splitting these tasks between a cleaner and a handyman. 1. Interior Deep Clean • Full Scrub: Kitchen and bathrooms (top to bottom). • Walls & Ceilings: Full wall wash and ceiling wipe-down (specifically to remove fly spots). • Floors: Professional steam clean for all carpeted areas. • Windows/Doors: Clean sliding door tracks (rollers may need replacing if still sticky after cleaning). 2. Handyman & Repairs • Garage: Patch wall holes, remove 4x ceiling extension leads, remove wall tap set, and repair water-damaged skirting. • Doors/Blinds: Patch 2 holes in the front door. Remove broken laundry blind. Replace broken main bathroom blind. • Safety: Secure loose decking boards at the front entrance. 3. Exterior & Yard • Debris Removal: Clear loose rubber mats and metal grates from the backyard. • General Tidy: Clean up the entertaining area and general yard debris. • Gate Tech: Inspect the electric backyard gate to determine if manual override is functional.
