Repair/restoring exterior rendering of our townhouse built in 1997, including painting to match existing colour. I need the walls and ceiling plastered, it’s not much just the ceiling and some of the walls. Also I need a little section framed up as it’s exposed. If I could get a quote with materials and without materials. Room measurements: 10 metres long x 4 metres wide x 2 metres high - however I only need the ceiling and some of the walls done as most of it is in tact the ceiling plaster is only 2 metres wide.

Need to fix a small dent in the wall. It's a small 1 inch diameter dent and the dent is maybe 2-3 cms deep.
