Remove celling light and fit new celling fan doesn’t need fan switch

It is a double story house. Concrete roof tiles with a flat profile. This is a new house. There are two roof levels. The garage and alfresco has roofs are lower. The antenna needs to go on top of the second story roof. I have already bought the antenna and tripod. The TV points are already wired to the roof space. You will need to provide the RG6 DUO cable from antenna to the splitter, splitter, connectors, screws for the tripod, silicon and any other supplies needed. Need to be careful not to break any roof tiles and cause any rain water leaks when installing. Thanks

Seeking handyman or similar to clean and stick 15 non-slip stair grips on our indoor wood staircase. I have purchased the grips (see image). Stairs are L shaped with 13 regular stairs and 3 diagonal steps (total 16 but we will skip one of the diagonal).
