We have a full days work for a handyman to do a few finishing touches to our new home and then help get our old property up to spec for sale… The new house needs: - a short handrail installed (we have materials) - a small tv and mount installed on the wall - a Dyson stick vacuum mounted on the wall - an outside tap secured back to a newly rendered wall. - a panel fence completed - ie panels cut to size for a simple slot and slide panel fence system The old house needs: - random fixings removed from the walls - ie old tv mounts, picture hooks etc - patch holes in internal walls - patch render on front step - deck in small box frame (materials supplied)

I need someone to fix this door, It needs new wheels.

Install a new curtain rod

At about 70-80 deg open, the door drops slightly. It appears that it might be the result of a small screw at the bottom of the door raising it slightly on the hinge and then dropping as it comes over the edge on opening. Fridge is still level- only issue is the door.
