Find an experienced handyman in Bracken Ridge

I have bought a 3m x 2.25m Gable Roof Garden Shed from Easy Sheds. I was going to do it myself and have all of the equipment necessary but have changed my mind. I would like around the bottom of the shed sealed and have the anchors etc as well as other items that you should need. At this stage I plan to help build it as to get it done faster as well as the experience. I will not be offended if you work alone or with a partner. It is in a back corner and it will be built over pavers. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Looking for a licensed electrician to install 3 owner-supplied ceiling fan/light units in 3 bedrooms. All 3 bedrooms currently have existing ceiling fans with lights, so these should be straightforward replacement jobs. The new fans will be 48-inch DC fan/light units with supplied wall controllers. Job includes: Remove 3 existing bedroom ceiling fan/light units Install 3 new owner-supplied ceiling fan/light units Replace/connect the supplied wall fan controllers as required Test fan and light operation Dispose of/remove old fittings if possible. I’d also like the electrician to inspect the existing ceiling light points in my living room and dining room and advise whether ceiling fans can be installed there later. The living and dining rooms are on the ground floor of a two-storey townhouse, with bedrooms directly above, so there is no normal roof-space access. Both locations currently have ceiling lights. Licensed Queensland electrician only please. Please include your electrical licence details and confirm whether your offer includes removal of the existing bedroom fans.

Sinks are blocked not sure of the issue. Might just need a clean or something.
