Just moved in, found a hole in the shower base. The tile was there to cover it up and it looks like the last tenant tried to seal it off. The water goes straight into the soil it doesn’t look like they had anything else under the base either. Owner and real estate is taking months and can’t keep waiting any longer. Will need a quote and invoice at the end for reimbursement purposes with real estate. Tiled or new shower base. 86cm x83cm.

Fix garage inside roof plaster

A few of our ceiling fans make a ‘ticking’ noise when at a certain speed - would like someone to have a look and see if we can fix the noise as it’s too loud to sleep with. We have already tried to tighten and replace all screws. No idea on prices so open to suggestions

My garage door is making noise when opening and closing. It seems that some of the hinges may be loose or damaged. We previously attached a flat plate to secure the panel, but it appears to be coming loose again. I’m looking for someone with experience and knowledge in fixing garage doors to take a look and resolve the issue.

Blower vac three playgrounds. Paint 6 timber planter boxes and a timber garden bed (paint and brushes will be supplied). Assemble a couple of easy flat packs. Fix a small metal cabinet to a brick wall. Spray paint white inside 10 tyres. Take away all cardboard and rubbish removal. Blower vac large carpark. Take away a giant truck tyre. The door opens by pulling from the outside. A hinge is needed on the inside to prevent it from being pushed open from the outside.
