I have installed new lockable door handles on 8 doors, but 3 of the striker plates seem to be misaligned with the new handles and need to be made larger. I have all the part / new plates just need someone to is all them into the door jams

1.The mold on the ceiling in the main bathroom is getting worse. We have tried cleaning it. The wall just above the skirting next to the shower door has visible water damage, where the plaster has created a hole. 2.The mold in the ensuite bathroom on the ceiling above the shower looks to have also gotten worse. 3. The movement crack on the ceiling in the passageway has gotten worse, 4. The window handle on the window in the kitchen and meals area is broken. 5. The outside light needs to be inspected by an electrician. We have tried changing the globe themselves, yet it still does not work.

I have 2 fold down clotheslines and the stands to install. They need to be concreted into grass below. It’s an easy job for someone who knows what they are doing . I can provide the bags of concrete but don’t have the timbers to make the frame to hold the posts while the concrete sets. I’m asking for someone to have these things as well please.
