I have installed new lockable door handles on 8 doors, but 3 of the striker plates seem to be misaligned with the new handles and need to be made larger. I have all the part / new plates just need someone to is all them into the door jams

1.The mold on the ceiling in the main bathroom is getting worse. We have tried cleaning it. The outside light needs to be inspected by an electrician. We have tried changing the globe themselves, yet it still does not work.
