House has been restumped which has led to several cracks in the walls and ceiling. I’d like these sorted so I can paint, hopefully before moving in on the 14th. There are literally 3-4 decent cracks as seen in photos and a few hairline cracks. I’ve got scrapers, 75% of a tub of Gyprock all in one and mesh tape *must provide photos of previous work

I have 2 fold down clotheslines and the stands to install. They need to be concreted into grass below. It’s an easy job for someone who knows what they are doing . I can provide the bags of concrete but don’t have the timbers to make the frame to hold the posts while the concrete sets. I’m asking for someone to have these things as well please.

we have 3 stuck roller shutter blinds outside of a family home. they wont go up or down anymore, and they make a clicking sound when the button is pressed for up or down.

Install 3 signs made of ACP. Each signs is 2000 by 80 mm. The signs to be installed aligned next to each other on the porch of the building as shown in the image below. Be securely screwed in the wall ( 6 screws per sign) and the upper edge be sealed with silicone so no rainwater dripping under.

Sadly, one dining chair requires repair as the top backing was stripped off. The repair must include refinishing the broken back (filler, paint, finish, etc) and securing the back to the posts.
