The Bain Marie at Beyond Bank stadium canteen needs fixing and does not work. We think it is soemthing to do with the safety switch, it turns on but doesn’t heat up.

I have installed new lockable door handles on 8 doors, but 3 of the striker plates seem to be misaligned with the new handles and need to be made larger. I have all the part / new plates just need someone to is all them into the door jams

1.The mold on the ceiling in the main bathroom is getting worse. We have tried cleaning it. The wall just above the skirting next to the shower door has visible water damage, where the plaster has created a hole. 2.The mold in the ensuite bathroom on the ceiling above the shower looks to have also gotten worse. 3. The movement crack on the ceiling in the passageway has gotten worse, 4. The window handle on the window in the kitchen and meals area is broken. 5. The outside light needs to be inspected by an electrician. We have tried changing the globe themselves, yet it still does not work.
