I have a list of things that need to be fixed to get my house ready to sell. The main one is levelling uneven floor boards and fixing the gap between window and brickwall. Hence the person I choose should be very experienced in this. If you are , then will organise a time for you to come to the house and inspect yourself rather than I upload photos. I’ll need to know your propose options for repair and quotation after you’ve inspected the house. These are the list that needs fixing: 1. Fix gap between front window and brickwall. Also gap between main door and brickwall. Also one brick broken on external wall 2. Levelling uneven floorboards inside the house 3. Patch up crack walls and ceilings and gaps between kitchen cabinet and ceiling 4. Window frames rotting 5. Fix glass window in middle bedroom which has fallen down slightly 6. Fix some doors which don't close properly 7. Main and back door locks not working properly 8. Ensuite bathroom: mould in the ceiling 9. Service gas stove and cooker hood 10. Repair cracks on garage floor and wall 11. Leaking in garage roof: towards the back of the garage left hand side 11. Replace glass at deck area 12. Stairs at the front and deck area to have railings (not sure this is required for selling)
