This job involves: - 4-5 hours of handyman assistance - Building a little hatch in the bathroom 
- Putting the cornicing back in one area
 - Patching doors in preparation for painting There is about 4-5 hours of work. Wood and putty is provided, we have some tools available but you may prefer your own. We just need someone who knows their stuff and can work largely unsupervised. Other work which may be available for you, if this goes well: - Building a little door for a hatch we have made - Putting together a vanity and attaching it to the wall - Hanging up a mirror - Pressure cleaning the house - Putting window mechanisms back on windows - Probably other little odd jobs I haven’t thought of!

We need help around the house with the following: 1- Fix door knob. Not sure if it can be repaired or it should be replaced. 2- change light bulb in bathroom light/heat lamp fixture. The light bulb should be replaced only. We need you tp buy the bulb and then install it. 3- Groom small plant, remove dead leaves and let it freshen up. You may want to come for inspection first, see what light bulb is needed and whether door knob must replaced, then go buy items from Bunnings, we will reimburse the invoice from Bunnings of course. Please bring your ladder and tools. Your price here should be for your time and effort only, and in addition to that, we will pay in cash for the bulb and (knob if needed).

Take down 2 x approx. 3 metre wide out door blinds. Bring own ladder. Approx 3 metre above ground. Repair torn parts of blinds. Reinstall.
