Find a professional cleaner in Athelstone

Looking for a reliable cleaner for a 3-hour general clean at my property in Athelstone, available either 13th or 14th August. Budget is $150. If I’m happy with the work, I’ll be after an end-of-lease-style clean in late September to prepare the property for new tenants — so there’s potential for repeat work. Property: 2 furnished bedrooms, 1 empty room, 1 study, main bathroom, ensuite, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry. Both bathrooms and the laundry are small — the main bathroom also gets minimal use, so it needs only a light clean. General clean (3 hrs) to cover: Vacuum/mop all floors, dust all rooms, wipe mirrors and light switches, clean skirting boards and cobwebs throughout, clean toilets/shower/bathtub, wipe kitchen cupboards/benchtops/sinks/splashback, clean stove top and front of oven/dishwasher/fridge, and wipe out microwave inside and out. This list is meant as a guide rather than a strict checklist — if you have your own system or approach you prefer, I’m happy for you to take the lead. Looking for a reliable and thorough cleaner for weekly home cleaning. Tasks include cleaning showers and bathrooms, vacuuming all floors, mopping, dusting, wiping kitchen surfaces, and general tidying. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is interested in ongoing weekly cleaning. Please bring your own cleaning equipment and products unless discussed otherwise.

1 small room only. Room needs to be deep cleaned (treat it like an end of lease cleaning). Wardrobe also needs a lot of tidying, folding and organising.

Hi, I recently injured my back and need some help cleaning the house and getting it ready for an inspection, and then possibly an ongoing regular cleaning. It hasn't had a proper clean for a couple of months now. Ideally, it needs to be deep-cleaned this week, on the 6th or 7th March, and then cleaned again on the 25th March, ready for the inspection. Includes a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house including sweeping outdoor patio area and cat enclosure. Plus sweeping of garage. Plus cleaning inside of windows.
