Find a professional cleaner in Kensington SA

I need a fixed-price quote for hot water extraction on three bedrooms, a staircase and an upstairs landing. Everything else in the house is tiled. The property will be empty. The agent's ingoing report photographs several marks on the bedroom and passage carpet that predate my tenancy. Clean over them, but if any don't lift, note on the receipt that they appear pre-existing or set. I'll pay for the time that takes. I need the job done at least three days before my final inspection. Send me a fixed price including materials, and an itemised receipt on the day listing the rooms, the method and the date. Thanks!
