We’re looking for a trustworthy person to help maintain our home to a very high standard. Noting there is just the two of us (one couple) residing here. This is more than a standard cleaning job - it’s a long-term role for someone with initiative, attention to detail, and pride in their work. Expected visits per week: 1 Approx. no. hours per week: 5-8 hours Responsibilities:     •    Full internal house clean: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, tidying, all surfaces, fridge + partial external clean: mopping verandah.     •    Fortnightly deep-clean tasks: windows, spider webs, vents (as you see necessary).     •    Weekly changing and washing bed sheets.     •    Weekly fridge clean & clear out.     •    Laundry management: washing, folding, ironing + putting away. •    Dropping work shirts to dry cleaner.     •    Maintaining a consistently neat, organised household.     •    Keeping an eye on small maintenance tasks and proactively raising anything that needs attention. Most products on hand, we are open to any products you see fit, ideally organic/low chemical. What We’re Offering:     •    $45+ per hour - above the typical market rate for the right person.     •    A respectful, positive household environment.     •    Clear communication, reliability, and support from us in return.
