I need someone to wash/clean and/or steam clean my carpets in two rooms. One of the rooms is 3.5x3m and the other room is 2m x 3m.

I have a vacuum chamber as seen in the pictures. It is connected to vector vacuum pump. It is achieving partial vacuum, but never a full vacuum. If anyone with experience in this can help me achieve a full vacuum inside the chamber that’d be excellent - Due date: Before Thursday, 9 November 2023

Looking for a regular air BnB cleaner for a gorgeous little 3 bedroom stone and pressed iron cottage in Bridgewater. The cottage is rented approx once a week to once a fortnight. My cleaner ( who has just left to go back to her family on WA) usually takes approx 1 hour ( sometimes less sometimes more depending upon number of guests, usually it’s a couple but not always). It is two storey ( so it has stairs). Cleaning requires changing the bedroom linen and towels, washing linen and returning next clean, bathroom (2 bathrooms, usually only 1 is used but again not always), wipe up surfaces, sweep and mop if needed, dishes if left etc. Usually guests leave it very tidy when they leave, and are there for just two nights so it isn’t a major clean, just keeping it neat and fresh ( and picking some flowers from our garden to put in a vase on the table each time). Most importantly, as it’s an Air BnB, I need someone to keep a watchful eye out for those little cleaning things that guests sometimes see. So I’m not wanting a cleaner who will say “ I didn’t do the cobweb above the door because that’s on my list”, but rather someone who really has a sense of pride in ensuring my beautiful little cottage is presented perfectly for each guest. This will ideally suit someone in the Adelaide Hills who is looking for a bit of extra cash and takes pride in their work. If it works out, I would want them to become a regular cleaner of the cottage. They would need to have their own cleaning equipment.
