Please note it is my own house. The house has recently been painted from inside. The job is as below: 1. Clean all window trims (inside) for all windows in the house. 2. Clean window glass (inside and outside). 3. All ceiling fans (4 in total). 4. All aircon vents. 5. Clean all blinds in windows (wash or wipe). 6. Thorough cleaning of bathrooms and powder room. 7. Thorough cleaning of kitchen including rangehood (Oven needs no cleaning - never used since installed). 8. Steam Cleaning of carpets in the 4 bedrooms. 9. Standard vaccum of the whole house and mopping of non carpeted areas. 10. Clean all cupboards in the house including inside shelves and cupboard doors. 11. Clean all switches inside the houe. Important to Note: 1. The house is freshly painted so no work required on walls or doors etc. 2. The house is obviously dirty and that is why I am engaging the cleaners. If you want a clean house to clean - don't bother to contact. 3. In my opinion atleast two people are required. It's not one persons job. You might want to bring more than two. 4. I will be happy to have you come and look at the house and the job that needs to be done before you agree on price. 5. If you don't come for look see and agree on price to finish the work, I will not increase the price later. 6. I can send you the floor plan for your reference. Don't ask me to send pictures.
