Shade on ceiling fan lamp has fallen down and looks like plastic covering has warped due to excess heat. Licensed electrician needed to inspect and advise of issue. Ceiling fan light in the second bedroom is flickering intermittently. Have not changed light bulb yet but also requires inspecting to advise of issue.

Assemble with a power drill a small wooden cubby house (lifespan kids numbat cubby house from Bunnings). I want someone with attention to detail that is careful at assembling as apparently the wood can crack if it’s not down slowly/carefully. We also want to ensure the person won’t cancel as that has happened to us before! Thank you!

Unable to place roller blind back on mount and it stays there . Keeps on popping off . The upper roller blind in the pictures is the one with the issue. I think there is a clip of some type missing Someone with expertise in fixing roller blinds that has the parts would be ideal . Flexible with timing as far as the job goes- no rush . It’s been off for months .

I have two Fanco eco silent ceiling fans with lights that I need installed in a living room and bedroom. I would like a qualified and insured electrician with plenty of experience with doing this.
