Two storey house in Ferny Grove. Check for gutter leaks and patch as required. The main drip appears to have been siliconed from the outside but it should be done properly from above. There are a few other spots/seams that need a look and potentially patched. Please see photos. Must have own appropriate equipment (extension ladder etc) and insurance to execute the job safely, legally and have coverage in case of accident or injury. Thanks!

Replace a small section of guttering that has a hole in it

Looking for an experienced guttering/roofing handyman to fix a section of gutter at my house in Ashmore. As shown in the attached photo, a section near the corner of the house has dropped/sagged slightly, creating a low point where water collects instead of draining properly toward the existing downpipes. Job required: * Inspect the sagging gutter section * Lift/re-level and re-secure the gutter * Adjust the fall so water flows correctly toward the downpipes * Replace/adjust brackets or fixings if required * Test with water afterward to make sure there is no standing water I don’t believe the gutter itself needs replacing unless inspection shows otherwise. Cut a portion of rusted roof iron (about 1.5 m length) from 3 adjacent sheets and insert and fix new sheets. Also replace a gutter corner and 1 metre of guttering (connected to the corner). Single story house. LABOUR and your tools only. I have the roof iron, screws, gutter corner, guttering, silicon. And ladder too. Would prefer Thursday, Friday afternoon (after 2pm) or anytime Saturday.

Any experienced gutter installers that can put gutters on 1 side of the garage/shed (single story), the brackets can easily be attached to the wooden pillars on the side and no corners need to be wrapped around so doesn't look to be a tricky install, length seems to be about 12 meters

We have recently completed an extension but this section of the existing gutter wasn't replaced and has now rusted through. Scope of works is to remove and dispose of existing gutter on southern side of the house ~12-15m and replace with new gutters in Colourbond "wallaby". Tie into new gutters and existing stormwater downpipes. Fascia to be inspected and replaced as/if necessary. The house is currently being painted, trestles may be available and already on site, depending on timing.
