I have a property at Capalaba that needs its gutters removed and replaced. It is a two story house, and there is approximately 55 lm that needs to be replaced.

Any experienced gutter installers that can put gutters on 1 side of the garage/shed (single story), the brackets can easily be attached to the wooden pillars on the side and no corners need to be wrapped around so doesn't look to be a tricky install, length seems to be about 12 meters

I have a large amount of ficus growing on the walls of my home that’s currently being rented by tenants. I need a gardener with a tall ladder / cherry picker and who can get onto the roof to cut it back from the gutters and windows of my 2 story house in Battery Hill. As you can see in one of the photos, I’d like it cut back from under the patio roof as well. I used to do it when I lived there and it was a 2-3 hour job. The main goal here is to keep it from getting into the gutters and any other cracks where it can penetrate into the house and damage it. There are some awkward spots to reach so a safety harness or a really tall ladder will be critical.

I have engaged contractor earlier to build slat fence and automatic gate. However, trade person is not showing up on time took job to the 13 week. After heaps of follow-up we have 5.5 automatic gate to be installed. Frame of the gate has been welded without slat strips in between. Similarly, small walk way door is installed, however slat strips need to be placed. Additionally, 10 m roof gutter and down pipe need to be replaced. We have on site

During a recent storm, water has come through the roof and cause ceiling damage. I suspect when it rains heavily, water is getting through somewhere in the valley where two bits of roof meet. There aren't any obvious broken tiles but I wanted someone to come take a look and fix whatever is causing the problem.

Remove and replace 17.5m of guttering with new square slotted gutter in surfmist 4 new down pipes

We have recently completed an extension but this section of the existing gutter wasn't replaced and has now rusted through. Scope of works is to remove and dispose of existing gutter on southern side of the house ~12-15m and replace with new gutters in Colourbond "wallaby". Tie into new gutters and existing stormwater downpipes. Fascia to be inspected and replaced as/if necessary. The house is currently being painted, trestles may be available and already on site, depending on timing.
