Leak suddenly appeared in son’s room. Think it is to do with a tile I can see sticking up near the valley in the roof. Could be as easy as pushing it back down? Might need some adhesive? 2 brackets have come loose on a gutter (same part of roof, off the patio), causing water to spill backward as its twisted. Bonus points if you can tidy up the ceiling in my son’s room. House only repainted 12 months ago, so spare paint to patch up is already lying around.
