This guttering has never extended to the side of the house, meaning when it rain water pours down the side of the house/door creating wood rot etc. Guttering needs to be extended so this doesn't happen. Needs to look ok as this is above our front door. House currently under renovations.

Cut a portion of rusted roof iron (about 1.5 m length) from 3 adjacent sheets and insert and fix new sheets. Also replace a gutter corner and 1 metre of guttering (connected to the corner). Remove and replace 17.5m of guttering with new square slotted gutter in surfmist 4 new down pipes

We have recently completed an extension but this section of the existing gutter wasn't replaced and has now rusted through. Scope of works is to remove and dispose of existing gutter on southern side of the house ~12-15m and replace with new gutters in Colourbond "wallaby". Tie into new gutters and existing stormwater downpipes. Fascia to be inspected and replaced as/if necessary. The house is currently being painted, trestles may be available and already on site, depending on timing.
