Hi I need someone to replace the rusting gutters on my property. It is a 1-2 story Queenslander. I would like the gutters replaced with similar guttering. I want someone with a QBCC license. I like the airtasker format but this is not a handyman job. Task replace all gutters, window eves with rust marks and repaint the wood where the paint has been damaged by the leaking gutter. I have checked that the wood below the gutter is good, it is not rotten but will need a sand back. I have anchors on the roof for safety that may be useful. There is 46 meters of guttering and 5 window hoods that need replacing. I would prefer the work taking place on a weekend, but this is negotiable.

Looking for an experienced roofer or carpenter to complete the roof drainage and waterproofing on my new deck. Job includes: * Supply and install gutter to the deck roof (or install supplied gutter if discussed). * Install all required flashings where the deck roof meets the house. * Seal all flashings and joints to ensure the roof is completely watertight. * Check that water drains correctly into the gutter with no leaks. The deck structure and roof are already built. Just need the gutter, flashings and sealing completed to a professional standard.

Its a single story property located in Kallangur. The tile roof needs pressure wash cleaning to clear the moss and mould build-up (over time). Few tiles might need to be replaced ( i can source them) and the gutter is leaking at couple of places and might need to clean and restore. One portion of tile roof is roof is covered by 20 solar panels approx. No need to dismantle or remove these panels. Recently, the kitchen skylite started to drip water after heavy rain, I am open to consider reasonable options to fix the leak as well as to plaster, sand and repaint the minimum portion of interior kitchen roof (see last pic ) Open to consider reasonable options and offers. Downpipe from 2 storey house roof has disconnected from gutted. Requires reconnection. Relatively simple job. Access from ground directly underneath is quite high and tight. Alternatively, access may be easier across the roof. No huge rush, but would be good to get it down within the next couple of weeks. Budget includes any pipe joints / sealant etc

There is a roof/gutter leak allowing water to enter the house above the window. The area is quite high, so access requires a stable ladder that can be secured to support beams half way up in the picture, as the gutters have guards installed. Or go over the roof with a harness. The leak is where the top of the ladder is in the pic.
