I’m working on a job for a client, need 2 gutter drain pipe replace to pvc pipe. Old pipe is rusted and not secure. About 6m+ long, from second floor all the way till ground. Get me any offer and contact. Need to do it asap.

i want to replace the gutters on the groundfloor and a part of the rotten timber.

There is a hole in the gutter down pipe that needs patching with silicon. Need a ladder to get to the pipe.

Carefully remove all the old Concealed gutters from the house. Cut back rafter tails to correct position. Install new timber fascia, Colorbond fascia cover and quad gutters Re-level all the new gutter so all the water is draining to the correct down pipes. Change all down pipes to Colorbond. Down pipes to be connected to existing storm water. Install new eave linings around the house. Remove all rubbish from site, sweep and clean up. Compliance will be issued on completion. 30 year warranty on all Colorbond materials

Front Porch Roof. During heavy rain, I notice there is leaking from Front Porch roof. Given the front porch post sinks slightly, this could indicate uneven settling or damaged concrete. New metal roof installation

Guttering needs modification as leaves built up in this area causing roof to leak. Flashing required under/over tiles to ensure it runs off roof. Separately, there is another leak or two most likely from a broken tile that needs repair(allow 30 mins to walk on roof and look for problem on roof and at base of chimneys).

Pictured tree needs trimming to clear it from the roof and the powerline. Name your price. The sooner the better. Would be handy if you could also remove associated green waste.
