Hi there, I'm looking for a roofer to replace a section of rusted and leaking concealed gutter that is around 6m. And the gutter on the other side of the roof also has some rust — it is not leaking at the moment, but it may need treatment to prevent future problems. I need to restore approximately 5 meters of rusted gutter on the second level of the house. Based on your advice, it may need to be either repaired or replaced. The house is a 4 bedroom house with a garage.   I would need a qualified roof person to inspect and replace any cracked roof tiles and re point ridge capping.   In addition, roof plumbering required to amend barge flashing over the garage. The barge flashing has left openings for wind driven rain to enter the ceiling cavity.   Lastly would like to clean the guttering.   Thank you.

Current A/C is condensation drain pipe is run through gutter drain pipe. Need to disconnect this pipe and run condensation drain pipe separately away from gutter drain to prevent gutter rain water back flow. - Due date: Flexible
