I had a small roof installed next to my deck and it needs to be finished off with a roll barge on one side. Gutter is not necessary. It’s only the side and small bit at the top. Not where the roof heads down. I’m hoping to organise at the same time for when the painter is here to have to the tressle etc. Small job.

After qualified roofer. I need part of a gutter to be replaced that’s rusted out as per picture. Additionally, need to replace all roofing screws (due to age) and replace a whirly bird. Can provide address for quote if needed.

I have a small amount of water discolouration on the corner of my ceiling - I think this might be caused by the gutters as they had some palm fronds sitting in them - I’ve cut the palms back but need someone to have a look at the gutter to diagnose and fix the issue - the access point for the roof is from a second level balcony, I’m not good with heights so would appreciate someone doing this job - the gutter area is quite small so not a big job - I’ve put a budget for the gutter clean but can adjust if roofing needs repairing - I’ve updated this task with photos of the section with water markings on wall as well as the access point - FYI: this is a flat plane metal roof

We have a 2 level Queenslander. The gutters are in good condition however there are approx 4 spots where there are signs of surface rust and small dripping of water. Looking for someone to silicon or similar repair the areas that are dripping and apply paint to remove the surface rust. A high ladder will be required for this job.

1. To clean out existing gutter which is currently blocking downpipe and gutter and overflowing down rendered wall 2. To cut out sections of water damaged wall as per pic. 3. To replace rotten studs and supply and install new Gyprock and skirting boards. 4. To tape, set and sand ready for painting. 5. To repaint walls corner to corner to get best paint coverage. 6. To reseal end of gutter and supply and install new gutter guard along 62 m of gutter around house 7. Leave site clean tidy Must be insured and provide all equipment an materials.

Leak where pitch changes to flat roof and drips into sunroom. One small section of gutter to be sealed at corner as dripping. Also one downpipe doesn’t get any water to it, not sure why. I am going to put $10 in task but obviously pay as per quote.
