Find a professional gate installation in Auburn South VIC

Hello - I really don't know what the best way to proceed is. Please use the budget as just a guesstimate. The quote will depend upon any materials you use as well which I don't know the cost of. I have an existing gate to enter my property. It is a steel gate, which I can open via an app and an internal panel (intercom). But there are multiple issues - #1 The gate once opened, does not swing back into closure. So, a postie who I have allowed to enter may not close it and it stays open. #2, Whilst the outside (facing the street) handle cannot be twisted, anyone can slide their hand through the grills to open it from the inside handle. So, my question is - is this something you could help me with to fix, or would you say that installing a new gate is the only option?

Front gate is locked. We tried to unlock with key (the key is a normal key) but cannot unlock the gate. We need a locksmith (locksmith’s only please) to please come and fix this. I need this done tomorrow Sunday 6th July (flexible with timing on the Sunday)

The gate won't stay shut. Has power just shows me an error. I press the buzzer to close it closes successfully and then opens again. Has battery on the sensor on the other side of the gate. Tried rebooting. Error light blinks

We need a gate panel built to match the other side of our house. Measurements: Width: 1400mm Height: 1850mm The gate can have some pickets either side, the width above is the total size of the area to fill.

We have moved into a new townhouse and need to install baby gates by the stairs. Tried to do it myself but realise I need a stud finder to see where to install as it’s plasterboard. Can someone please help fix. If possible, may also need help with connecting water to the fridge as had issues with the pipe connector. Went to Bunnings to buy an adapter to reduce the diameter but the water leaked (likely due to no tape around the connection?) need a more experienced plumber to do it

I have 2 outside gates that need adjusting. The tension on the self closing springs need adjusting so the gates can actually self-close, and the locks need to be adjusted so they shut properly.
