I need help connecting our new remote control keys to our automatic gate that is in our shared apartment block.

I need an Automatic Swing Gate mechanism & controller installed. I will supply the kit (info below). This is to replace the broken existing mechanism/controller from a different brand, which needs removing. There will likely require some drilling & fixing of mounts (hardware included - you will need tools) and setting up the gate controller/keys for open and close (instructions included). There is a power point at the gate, so no electrical qualification needed. I prefer if you have experience with installing Auto Gates and/or this type of system... please let me know. The gate is currently rubbing on the fence due to misalignment. May involve bit of concrete work as the gate may misalign due to block moving and there were two big trees until recent.

One side of front gate not returning to closed position. Motor is working but something must be wrong or disconnected with the return mechanism. I have had to disengage the lock/unlock grey lever to open and close that side of the gate.

I have 2 gates Filo 400 with Controller CL101 - I have approximately 8 Remotes- ECC05B0 / two wifi controllers Bidi-Wifi and an external keypad EDSWG I need them programmed. its not all working properly I would suggest factory reset on all and all keys are repaired.
