Pre-existing automatic sliding gate in the property has a motor that is no longer functional and needs replacement. 240Vac power is available and functional. No electrical work required. Supply and install a new motor to drive the gate.

The gate gets stuck part-way when opening or closing. I suspect something is wrong with one of the gears as it doesn’t appear to be an issue with the electronics. I can get it to open/close if I give it a hard push while pressing the remote.

Gate opens but does not stop at the end, possible issue with limit switch. It then goes in a loop and doesn’t stop until button pressed. Only moves one way, not two ways.

Looking for a handyman or fencer to reinstall a timber gate with steel frame that was removed on side of our house for construction in the backyard.
