Looking for someone to paint our new driveway gate nicely (ideally with spray gun for consistent finish), avoiding painting the motorised bits of the gate and anything that is not the gate. I would like the steel posts also included. The gate is 1.8m tall and slightly less than 4m wide. I have at least 2L of existing dulux weather shield paint matching the colour of the house to use also. Automatic gate isn’t locking upon closure. You can push it open at all times. Doesn’t seem to be catching the stopper. Please note this is an automatic gate so a code is entered to open it.

FAAC 740 gate getting stuck, can be opened but needs some force. Need someone to come out to hopefully fix it

The head of the dynabolt holding a gate hinge to wall has broken. The hinge is now loose. You’ll need to allow for : - removing the large gate including the motors swing arm - replacing the lower hinge (or just the bolt) - remounting the gate and making sure the gate swings correctly to work with the gate motor (no problem with the motors operating the gate previously). It may be possible to reuse the lower hinge, but it could be difficult digging out the old bolt and then securing a new bolt in that same place in a secure way. I’ll leave that up to you. Please explain how you intend to do the repair with your quote.

We want to install a remote operated automatic gate at the front of our house. Ideally Bifold gate with motor attaached to the door so it doesn't take extra space. Or a sliding door. If it can curve into a back wall, would be best. If not, open on a hinge. Since its a small driveway, i would hope you can do this without taking too much space from the driveway. You would be expected to supply and install the gate. Build the side fence to accompany the gate for the entire entrance is blocked. Note: Electric connection not available so needs to be brought from the house (approx 20 ft).

I need a secure fence with gate to keep my cat in the yard, so it has to be reasonably high - at least 2M. The 3 photos show the area from the rear patio RH side to the colorbond fence. This is the area to be fenced, about 3 metres. The fence needs a gate to allow me and mower, wheelbarrow etc access to the front yard. Functional is fine, nothing fancy. I just have to be able to close the gate and . Either you or I can supply the materials - I don't mind. I'm thinking Cypress and stainless steel mesh but open to suggestions. Thanks.

We have just moved in to the new house and My dog has been chewing at the gate to get out. A metal gate and fence will eliminate this. Would also like to swing the gate from the other side as the latch rubs on the downpipe when opening.

Left side of the gate tilted and gate cannot close properly. Hinges need to be adjusted so the gate can close properly. It is just hitting the top of the other gate by 2-3 cm. Will need to chisel the hinge slotand rehang.

Looking for someone to give this gate a single coat of paint. I was planning to do it but have run out of time. It doesn’t need to be a perfect job, just enough to improve the look. No prep required. The job doesn’t require a experienced painter - in fact, it might be a waste of time for them! I did a similar size gate today and it took me about 90 mins. I will provide paintbrushes and paint. Just need to turn up and get it done. Note the location will probably be in the sun for most of the day tomorrow 😬 I’m afraid it does need to be done tomorrow (Thursday)

Four palings on the timber gate have been chewed by a dog. These need replacing. They are timber palings mounted on metal frame. Also need a new hole cut out to put hand through to open gate so you will need a reciprocating saw. 20-30 min job for a person who knows what they are doing. I have the palings. Offering $65.
