We are looking for quotes to have someone come and build a fireplace housing unit (almost like a divider wall) and install a gas peninsula fireplace. This job would involve dealing with the gas piping (we have a gas stove and gas water heater a few metres away), any electrical wiring (there is a light switch panel super close by), building the divider wall/ fireplace housing unit, and installing the gas fireplace (needs to be up to code and safety rules). I have included an image of something very similar to what we were thinking of, and a picture of the room with notes on where we want it to go and where the gass and electrical elements are.

Brivis gas heater unit has coupling fault that is not worth reparing. So want unit disconnected and removed from property. Gas supply pipe for unit to be cut back and blanked off behind external wall.
