Small deck which was not cleaned and oiled last year, needs pressure clean and oiling. I have the deck oil. Deck is 4.5mtrs x 3.0 mtrs.

Small unit, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living area, small corredor and small laundry. Need Hybrid water proof flooring.

Replace the damaged section of carpet using a similar type it doesn’t have to be an exact match. Alternatively, carpet from another area of the house can be used.

I need someone to lay laminate/hybrid type flooring, the materials have already been bought and would have normally done it myself as I did with rest of house but due to injury I cannot. The flooring is 7mm hybrid with underlay already on the panels and they have interlocking mechanism. It's coming out at 45m² roughly, please quote for the whole job, from start to finish (skirtings, carpet removal, laying floor and refitting skirtings)
