Need flooring installed in bedroom and walk in wardrobe. Approx 26m2 Flooring laminate 9.5mm Acoustic Laminate Planks + 2mm underlay. I have a drop saw but you may need to bring your tools as I’m not sure what you need. Carpet and furniture will be removed. Skirting needs to be removed and reapplied. I’d like to keep the original skirting but if it gets damaged we’ll work around that. Happy to discuss - waiting on flooring to be delivered. Ideally looking to install within 2 weeks. Happy to negotiate price as I’m not sure what is reasonable.

Hi there, need some help finishing off polishing concrete floors (between 50-60m2 surface). Tiles have been taken up, as well as adhesive ground off, and first round of 30 grit in about a third of the area. Would need someone to finish the process off as we’ve run out of time to do it ourselves unfortunately. ASAP preferably. Need to have own equipment.
